High cortisol from travel stress, performance pressure and under‑eating makes it harder to get into deep, restorative sleep at night. For agencies and brands, a model who understands and protects sleep is not “high maintenance”; they are more likely to show up healthy, focused and on time. Fewer last‑minute cancellations, steadier looks across a whole campaign and longer careers are in everyone’s interest.

In an industry built on visible image, sleep is an invisible asset. The models who quietly treat it like equipment – just as important as skincare or a good tailor – give their immune systems the best chance to stay resilient through the longest seasons and most intense runs of work.
